At Saubermacher, family friendliness is rooted in our corporate culture. We are considerate of employees’ caregiving duties, offer flexible working time models and the option to work from home. We work with MyGuides, the Helping Hands Association and Vidahelp to devise concrete solutions for emergency and challenging situations. One of the company’s most important current projects is ‘I want to work here’, in which a team is tasked with looking out for the needs of our employees. In addition, we conduct regular employee surveys in order to gauge job satisfaction and define measures to improve it.
